Section 01General Terms
cbage is an online casino and betting platform designed for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between cbage and its users ("members" or "players").
By accessing, browsing, or using the cbage website, application, or any of its services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to fully comply with these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. We will notify members appropriately before any changes take effect. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Section 02Account Registration & Membership
To register as a member at cbage and enjoy all the benefits of the platform, you must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created based on false or incomplete information may be cancelled at any time.
2.1 Account Security
Each member may create only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts may be cancelled and any deposited funds may be forfeited. It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately. cbage will not be liable for any misuse of your account by a third party.
2.2 Account Verification
To ensure security, cbage may request valid identification (national ID card or passport) for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete. Please provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Section 03Age Verification & Eligibility
cbage services are available only to those aged 21 or above. If a minor is found to be using the platform, their account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds may be returned.
You must provide your actual date of birth at the time of registration. Providing a false age is a violation of these Terms and may result in account cancellation and balance forfeiture. We are actively committed to protecting minors from gambling.
Section 04Deposit & Withdrawal Terms
cbage handles transactions through secure and convenient payment methods. Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).
4.1 Minimum Deposit Amount
The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳200. Deposits below this amount will not be accepted.
4.2 Minimum Withdrawal Amount & Processing Time
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. cbage processes withdrawals as quickly as possible — generally within 1 hour. Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
Withdrawals may be delayed or rejected in the following situations:
- Account verification is incomplete.
- Bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
- Unusual or suspicious activity is detected.
- The payment details provided do not match the registered account details.
4.3 Ownership of Account Balance
Funds deposited in your account are intended solely for placing bets on the platform. When a cash-out request is made, cbage will follow the established process. Unused balances will not be forfeited without notice; however, accounts that have been inactive for an extended period will be contacted.
Section 05Bonuses & Promotions
cbage offers a welcome bonus for new members and regular promotions for existing members. The terms for using these bonuses are detailed below.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total of ৳2,000. Or deposit ৳32,000 and receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, giving a total of ৳47,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager only the bonus amount 15 times. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳15,000 (1,000 × 15) in bets before withdrawing. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the original deposit.
- The bonus applies to one account once only.
- Withdrawals from bonus funds are not permitted until wagering is complete.
- Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms.
- cbage reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion.
5.3 VIP Program
The cbage VIP program has four tiers: Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.4%; Gold — up to 0.6%; and Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback. You can move up to higher tiers through regular play.
Section 06Fair Play Policy & Prohibited Conduct
cbage is committed to ensuring a fair, safe, and transparent playing environment for all members. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure if detected:
- Placing bets using any software, bot, or automated system.
- Exploiting any technical error or bug on the platform for an advantage.
- Colluding with other members to influence outcomes.
- Engaging in money laundering or other unlawful financial activities.
- Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses or other benefits.
- Attempting to access another person's account or engaging in hacking activities.

Section 07Account Closure & Suspension
cbage reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms.

If a member wishes to close their account at their own request, please contact our support team. Any available balance will be returned upon completion of verification; however, bonus funds (where wagering is incomplete) will be cancelled.
